While about 70 members, family members, friends and fans were gathered in Cordele, Alison Conklin and Angie Bruhl snuck off to Jacksonville to participate in the DRCSports Sprint and Olympic Triathlons (respectively) #3. It was Alison’s first triathlon since giving birth to her fourth child (welcome back, Alison!), and Angie snagged a 2nd place overall award / 1st place age group. Congrats to both of these impressive lady athletes!

Please welcome new members, John Wheeler and Chris White! They bring our 2014 membership roster to 69 athletes as of today. We’re excited to have them both! Please give them a warm welcome.–
